The client envisioned a sales office with a strong industrial character, distinct from typical residential sales spaces and tailored for a more business-oriented audience. The design responds with a balanced composition of metal, glass, wood, and stone, creating an environment that reflects industrial strength while maintaining warmth and sophistication.

A key design approach was to blur the boundaries between interior and exterior, using full-height glass and perforated metal screens to create a sense of openness and a continuous, flowing space. Natural light and shadow play become integral elements, enhancing the dynamic industrial aesthetic.

The space follows an open-plan layout with functional seating zones, encouraging seamless interaction. Industrial materials such as flamed granite, metal elements, and textured finishes are paired with warm laminates, fabrics, and carefully selected colors to soften the overall atmosphere.

Feature elements—including a sculptural installation made from gearbox components, custom-designed furniture, and curated artifacts—reinforce the industrial identity while adding uniqueness. Landscaping elements like a champa tree and green foreground introduce a subtle connection to nature.

Overall, the design achieves a refined balance between raw industrial expression and modern comfort, creating a memorable and effective sales environment.
